FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of personal training do you offer?

I offer individual coaching focused on strength, fitness, movement quality, body composition and building a training routine that fits your goals and lifestyle.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

No. Training starts from where you are now. Exercises, intensity and progression are adjusted to your current level, experience and confidence.

Where do the sessions take place?

I’m based in Bergen and currently coach at SATS. Contact me if you want to discuss training options and availability.

Can you help with nutrition too?

Yes. I can help you improve your everyday nutrition with practical adjustments, meal structure, protein intake, food choices and habits that support your goals.

How often should I train with a PT?

That depends on your goals, experience, schedule and budget. Some people benefit from weekly sessions, while others use PT less frequently alongside an independent training plan.

What can I expect from the first session?

We’ll talk about your goals, training history and what you want help with. From there, I’ll assess how you move, establish a starting point and begin building a plan around you.
